What is it about this mid-sized city on the eastern tip of Lake Erie?

The weather is cold and snowy for half the year, our sports teams tend to frustrate even the most ardent fan, and for the past 60 years, the industrial centers that built our city have been closing down.

Yet, people who are from or live in Buffalo have an unwavering love and loyalty for their city. The passion for Buffalo -- including its people, food, sports teams, art and culture -- is unmatched. And we Buffalonians, being eager to share our opinions, enjoy sounding off about our misunderstood city.

Tell Us: What do you love about the Queen City?

Our mission is to provide a user generated web site and books focused on why Buffalo is a great place to live and work. We are doing our part to let more people in on the secret that everyone who lives here already knows.
